Subscription Plans: If you have purchased a subscription and are dissatisfied with the service, you may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of the initial payment. After the 7-day period, no refunds will be issued.
Digital Products or Services: For any digital products or services purchased through Friizle, we offer refunds only if the product or service is faulty, incorrect, or not as described.
Marketplace Purchases: If you make a purchase through the Friizle Marketplace, refunds for physical goods will follow the terms set by the seller. Please refer to the specific seller's return and refund policy for more details.
